Symbolic Instrument™ is an Extremely Abstract Object Orchestration and Management System™ designed to manage any system through a Standardized 7-Tone Command Control Paradigm™.
The method limits each Command Sequence to one through seven instructions: a bounded unit of action that can be understood, reviewed, and reasonably executed. A system may contain multiple sequences, but no more than seven sequences in a stack, and no more than seven stacks in a cube. This creates a repeatable 7 × 7 × 7 structure through which people can define complex processes without losing sight of the operational whole.
Symbolic Instrument™ expresses that bounded structure as Object-Oriented Pseudo-Code™ for the generative construction of user-defined applications. Rather than forcing a person or organization into a prebuilt platform, it provides a legible method through which they can define a system and generate the technical container they choose.
This website is the first live demonstration of the method: an evolving, user-defined application constructed through the same objects, command sequences, stacks, cubes, permissions, records, and publishing relationships that Symbolic Instrument™ is designed to organize.
Perpendicular Systems™ is the Systems Division of Virtual Harmonics, LLC, responsible for applying this method to user-owned business systems and portable operating capability. Positive Economic Shocks™, introduced below, is the Governance Division, responsible for the policy, standards, education, and public-interest work that supports meaningful economic agency.
A Symbolic Instrument™ system is built from bounded command sequences: up to seven instructions in a sequence, up to seven sequences in a stack, and up to seven stacks in a cube.
These physical cubes demonstrate how a bounded command structure can be assembled, rearranged, observed, and translated into a user-defined application.

Positive Economic Shocks™ is the Governance Division of Virtual Harmonics, LLC.
Join if you believe people and small businesses should be able to own their records, define their own systems, and participate directly in economic life.
Your membership supports independent public-interest work on standards, policy, education, and economic agency. Members receive a quarterly email newsletter.
It exists to advance a practical proposition: people and small businesses should have the tools, standards, and public conditions needed to define, operate, and retain control of their own work, records, relationships, and economic activity.
The present technology stack can already move information and money quickly. What is often missing is an understandable way for a person to retain their own context, make informed decisions, keep portable records, and use technology without surrendering their future to a platform or intermediary.
Positive Economic Shocks™ supports public-interest work on the policies, standards, education, and governance questions raised by that gap.
Join if you want to support an economy in which useful tools strengthen the people and enterprises using them.
Join if you believe that ownership, portability, clear responsibilities, and direct participation should be normal operating conditions—not privileges available only to large institutions or technical specialists.
Annual membership is $35.
