**Bel Canto Productions™ Pilot Recording Rights Agreement**

This page describes the current pilot operating model for Bel Canto Productions™.

This Pilot Recording Rights Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms for a single, limited-scope pilot recording session conducted for the purpose of testing a production and rights-management process.

This Agreement is not intended to create an ongoing partnership or obligation.

• The pilot consists of one (1) studio block, up to one (1) hour, to record one (1) song.
• The session is conducted at a time and location designated by Bel Canto Productions™.
• The purpose of the pilot is to test process, scope, credits, and shared rights, not to produce a finished commercial release.
   

• The recorded material must be public-domain (e.g., traditional folk or blues).
• Original compositions are not included in this pilot unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to the session.
• This limitation is intentional and part of the pilot design.
   

• The resulting recording (“Recording”) is co-owned by:
  • the performing artist(s), and
  • Bel Canto Productions™.
• Each party holds an equal, non-exclusive ownership interest in the Recording.
   

• Either party may share, distribute, or use the Recording, with or without profit, in any medium.
• All uses must include mutual credit, as defined below.
   

• All distributions of the Recording must include clear and accurate credit to both parties.
• Credits will follow an agreed-upon identity mark (e.g., name + role), such as:
  • Recorded at Bel Canto Productions™ by [Name]
  • Performance by [Artist Name] 

Credits must not misrepresent roles or contributions.

• Neither party will use the Recording in a way that would materially harm the other party’s reputation or professional standing.
• If either party raises a good-faith concern about a specific use, both parties agree to pause further distribution of that use and discuss the concern before proceeding.
   

This clause is intended to promote trust and clarity, not control.

• Each party will receive a copy of the Recording as captured during the session.
• No editing, mixing, mastering, revisions, or additional sessions are included unless separately agreed.
   

• This Agreement applies only to the specific Recording created during this pilot session.
• No future work, compensation, collaboration, or exclusivity is implied or required.
• Participation in the pilot does not obligate either party to any further engagement.
   

By participating in the pilot session, both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to its terms.
